We had a no existing AC system, and had a full system installed into our home. Horizon did an excellent job! They had the best prices with the most options (the other companies we received quotes from provided 2-3 options, while Horizon provided 5 options with a clear breakdown for each option). They had the entire system installed within 5 days. Everyone we have spoken with was friendly, helpful, and did a great job. Would highly recommend! Read Less

I have always gotten great service from these guys . When my old unit finally went to its final resting place of course Horizon was at the top of my list but I did my due diligence and got several quotes from heating and air companies in the area and I found Horizon was more than reasonable. I had a miscommunication with my sales representative Trip that in hindsight was honestly probably my fault but that didn’t stop him from fixing the issue immediately. The install team came out on time and were awesome. They were professional efficient and very respectful of my home. 5 stars all the way through. Read Less

Firstly, I loved their price, then also was so happy with their very knowledgeable mechanics/ technicians. I am very happy with their attention to our AC they installed and the upkeep they schedule to maintain the unit. They have great communication with us, letting us know when they’re arriving and reminders about maintenance. They are down to earth and easy to talk to. The installation took one day (not the whole day) and they needed very little from me which was so nice because I was entertaining family from out of town (haha!) I absolutely recommend this company!
